1. ​Determine rod blank

Based on your angling style (action, power, line rating and weight of rod) and tailored specifically to your needs.​​
- Order blank, I use Northfork rod blanks but we can discuss other blanks if needed. Shipping times vary.

2. Discuss rod components

Rod components consist of guides, grips, reel seat, butt cap, and trim rings. Some of these options can be matched to your rod color theme usually at an increased cost.
- We will determine the material type of grips as well as size and shape specific to your needs.
- I purchase guides from industry leaders Fuji and Alps and we will discuss material type of these tailored to your angling style. 
- Order components, shipping times vary.

* Rod blank and components typically start at $150+ per rod depending on what is ordered.

3. Determine decorative wrap

You can choose to have a decorative wrap, basic wrap or no wrap. Please see Decorative Wraps for these options and starting prices.
- Decide on color theme for rod. We can even apply sports team colors and logos, the options are endless when it comes to deciding color and theme. 

4. Quote

From here I will send you your quote. I do have starting prices listed throughout this page and the Decorative Wraps page to give you an idea of pricing. 

* 50% of this price will be due before purchasing any materials. The remaining balance will be due upon shipment of completed order.

5. Assemble rod

This process takes about 7-14 days after all components have been delivered.
